Happy Thanksgiving

Have a great Thanksgiving everyone. I have alot to be thankful for: family, friends, health, rewarding work, a free country, and great food!

I'll be away for a few days. Have fun.

With markets in freefall and voters in fear, there's not much doubt about the main topic of conversation as families gather for the turkey feast.

With more people exposed to real estate than any other investment, these gatherings have a way of conveying fear unmatched by any other media means.

I think we're about to see sales drop to alarming levels.

TSX jumps +17% at open today. Currently up around +11%

Let me be the first to call it:

metaldwarf: you've got it. My take on it is that it'll rise a little for a little while (weeks/months), before slumping again. Next time it'll be a slower extended slump, rather than a panic crash.
